Set Off that Summer Tan with Teeth Whitening

Everyone admires a healthy summertime glow. Whether you love spending weekends at the beach or you’re an expert in applying self-tanner, you work hard to perfect your summer look.

But when was the last time you considered your smile? Stained, dingy teeth can detract from that summer skin, while a bright, fresh smile could be setting off your hard-earned tan.

Lisa Giovanetti, DDS, MS and our team at Maple Leaf Dental offer the latest in teeth whitening technology. Contact us to learn how to enhance that great summer tan with a whiter smile and to find out about our teeth whitening special for new patients.

In-office whitening for dramatic results

When you want a significantly whiter smile in a short amount of time, in-office teeth whitening offers some of the best results available. Our team at Maple Leaf Dental gives people options, and you can choose between laser whitening and Opalescence™ Boost™.

Laser teeth whitening

Laser whitening is fast and effective. Dr. Giovanetti applies a powerful whitening gel to the surface of your teeth, and you rest comfortably while a laser light activates the whitening agents in the gel.

Laser treatment can whiten your teeth up to 10 shades in as little as one treatment sesion. Before starting treatment, our team works with you to select a target shade that looks natural, but noticeably whiter.

Opalescence™ Boost™ whitening

Opalescence Boost teeth whitening is another in-office treatment option, but it doesn’t use laser light or heat to deliver professional results.

Dr. Giovanetti applies the chemically-activated gel solution to your teeth, and it immediately starts to lift stains. We may recommend a single 1-hour session or schedule you for 2-3 treatment sessions that take 20 minutes each.

Boost teeth whitening is comfortable and convenient. Your teeth are happy, because there’s no heat, and the whitening gel contains potassium nitrate and fluoride. And you’ll be happy, because you’ll leave the office with a noticeably brighter smile.

At-home treatment for convenient whitening

Not everyone wants to get teeth whitening treatments at the dentist’s office. There are lots of over-the-counter whitening treatments available, but those toothpastes, strips, and trays can’t match the results you get with professional teeth whitening.

That’s why Dr. Giovanetti offers professional-grade whitening with the convenience of at-home treatment. With at-home whitening, we fit you with a set of custom trays and give you special whitening gel to put in the trays.

Wear your whitening trays for about 20 minutes a day for 1-2 weeks. If you have any questions, we’re here to help you get the most out of your whitening treatment.

Once you’re happy with the look of your smile, you can use your at-home whitening system to maintain your results. It’s normal for new stains to appear on the enamel after a while, but having whitening trays means you can touch up your teeth whenever you notice those stains creeping back.

Transform your look this summer with a glowy tan and a bright smile. Find the teeth whitening treatment that’s right for you with a consultation at Maple Leaf Dental. Contact us online, or call our Houston, Texas office at 281-249-9105.
