Getting Ready for Your First Visit

We ask that new patients like you show up about 15 minutes early to your appointment so you have plenty of time to fill out a New Patient Form.  It’s not a long form, but it does ask about your personal and medical history so we can avoid any problems in the future.

For example, if you had a latex allergy, it would be important for us to know in order to keep you safe.  In other cases, certain patients with specific types of heart disease may require medication prior to procedures to avoid complications.  We want your procedure to be a success, start to finish and beyond.

Once your form is complete, we’ll take a look at it while you’re getting ready for your dental x-rays.  One of our highly qualified hygienists will stop by and give you a cleaning before the doctor comes in for your exam.  If you have any ongoing health needs, we’ll develop a plan of attack together. Sometimes, we can even start treatment the same day so you can feel better faster.

We’re considered in network with plans like:

  • Delta Dental and Delta Dental Premier
  • Dentegra
  • DHA
  • Principal
  • Unicare
  • Many others not listed

Don’t worry if you don’t see your insurance on the list above.  Give us a call at 281.497.5558 so we can determine if you can be covered as an in network patient anyway.  If not, we can always accept your coverage as on out of network provider.
